If someone has continuous vomiting as a side effect from a medication, you’re going to quickly find a doctor. An erection lasting for much longer than usual, the response is to go “great!” Unfortunately, that erection could be your last- permanent impotence could be the result. So, yeah, if Mr Happy is stuck at attention, seek medical help.
And from my point of view, “herbal” generally means “doesn’t do anything.” If you want to spend money on “herbal viagra” fine, but I suspect it’s not likely to do much.
